Our fees are calculated by reference to our hourly rates and the time spent dealing with your issue. Where practical, we are open to negotiating fixed fee arrangements. Depending on client’s circumstances, we may have to charge 20% VAT on top.

If you decide to engage us, we will send you a detailed letter of engagement, which you can sign electronically using DocuSign e-signature service. Please be advised that in order to proceed, without exception, we will require from you documents evidencing your identity such as a certified colour copy of your passport and current proof of address (KYC). There are additional KYC requirements applying to corporate clients.
