Our fees are calculated by reference to our hourly rates that range between £150 and £500 and the time spent dealing with your issue. Where practical, we are open to negotiating fixed fee arrangements. Depending on client’s residence, we may have to charge 20% VAT on top.
We are generally open to initially discussing clients’ issues over the ‘phone free of charge over the course of 15–20 minutes. To make our interaction as effective as possible, please provide detailed information about your query using the form below.
If you decide to engage us, we will send you a detailed letter of engagement, which you can sign electronically using DocuSign e-signature service. Please be advised that in order to proceed, without exception, we will require from you documents evidencing your identity such as a certified colour copy of your passport and current proof of address (KYC). There are additional KYC requirements applying to corporate clients.
We will also ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit of £550 (excl. VAT), which includes a £50 one-off KYC processing charge. Depending on your circumstances, this amount may be used towards future work, which means that the initial advice may be provided for free.
